Themes of movement and change in the natural environment and our constructed worlds inspire and inform my work, series by series.
Nature Within (2007)
This series draws upon images of the natural landscape, as perhaps viewed from the window of a fast-moving train and captured in a moment, and the ways in which nature can transform us when we open ourselves to its beauty.
Pelagico (2006)
From the Greek pelagikos meaning “the sea,” this series seeks to convey the gentle movement and quiet reflection of the open sea, hearkening to my love of water and a childhood spent on the shores of the Adriatic Sea in southern Italy.

Six Degrees of Separation (2006-2007)
Exploring the social environment, this series depicts the mysterious connections of energy and synergy among people, the spheres of interaction, separation, and the intersections of shared meaning and experience.

Nesting (2005-2006)
Entwining lines, advancing and receding bursts of energy, weave a nest from a monochromatic ground. Sporadic streaks of red evoke the lifeline and bring the pulse of humanity into focus in this series.
